4. S.I. mobilisation

  • A. Stand upright, lifting one knee up towards your chest. Lower leg back to the ground.
  • B. Repeat action with other leg.

This mobilising exercise needs to be repeated frequently. Do it when talking on the phone, walking around your home, etc.
